These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website revivegreen.world and the healthy back in the office programs, ergonomic assessments, movement workshops, and related services provided by Revivegreen. By accessing our website or purchasing our programs, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Revivegreen

Revivegreen is a New Zealand-based provider of workplace back wellness programs operating from 28 Liverpool Street, Hamilton Central, Hamilton 3204, New Zealand. Our services include the Desk Reset Program, Spine Flow Workshop Series, Executive Ergonomics Assessment, custom corporate wellness packages, on-site stretch sessions, and ergonomic workstation evaluations for offices across New Zealand.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting revivegreen.world, submitting an enquiry, or booking any of our programs, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookies Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our website and services immediately. Organisations booking programs on behalf of employees represent that they have authority to accept these terms on behalf of their organisation.

3. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes related to learning about and booking our healthy back office programs. You agree not to use the website in any way that violates applicable New Zealand law, infringes intellectual property rights, transmits harmful code or malware, attempts unauthorised access to our systems, scrapes content for commercial purposes without permission, or interferes with other users' access to the site.

4. Program Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure that program descriptions, pricing, and availability on revivegreen.world are accurate. However, program content, schedules, and pricing may be updated without prior notice. Descriptions of the Desk Reset Program, Spine Flow Workshop Series, and Executive Ergonomics Assessment are provided for informational purposes and may be customised based on your organisation's specific needs during the booking consultation.

5. Booking and Payment

Program bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or a signed service agreement, whichever applies to your selected package. Prices displayed on our website are in New Zealand Dollars and include GST where applicable. Payment terms for corporate clients may be negotiated separately and documented in a written agreement. Failure to pay by the agreed due date may result in cancellation of scheduled sessions.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling terms vary by program type. Clients may reschedule a confirmed session with at least five business days' notice at no additional charge, subject to instructor availability. Cancellations made with less than five business days' notice may incur a fee of up to fifty percent of the program cost. Full details are provided in our Return Policy.

7. Participant Responsibilities

Participants in Revivegreen programs are responsible for disclosing any physical conditions or limitations that may affect their ability to perform recommended stretches or ergonomic adjustments. Participants must follow instructor guidance, use equipment safely, and notify instructors immediately if they experience discomfort during a session. Organisations booking on-site programs must provide safe access to workstations and adequate space for group workshops.

8. Health and Safety Disclaimer

Our healthy back office programs provide general wellness education, ergonomic guidance, and guided movement exercises designed for typical office environments. They are not a substitute for professional advice from qualified health practitioners. Revivegreen does not guarantee specific outcomes from program participation. Participants engage in stretch routines and ergonomic adjustments at their own discretion and risk. If you have existing back conditions or concerns, consult an appropriate qualified professional before participating.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on revivegreen.world, including text, graphics, program materials, stretch guides, logos, and workshop content, is the intellectual property of Revivegreen or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent. Program participants receive a limited licence to use provided materials for personal workplace wellness purposes only.

10. On-Site Program Terms

For programs delivered at client premises, the booking organisation agrees to provide a safe working environment, inform staff of scheduled sessions, and ensure that Revivegreen instructors have access to relevant workstations and meeting spaces. Travel costs for locations outside the Waikato region will be quoted separately. Instructors reserve the right to postpone on-site visits due to unsafe conditions or circumstances beyond our control.

11. Remote Program Terms

Remote workshops and assessments delivered via video conference require participants to have a stable internet connection, a webcam, and a suitable private space. Revivegreen is not responsible for technical failures on the participant's side. Remote ergonomic assessments are based on visual observation and participant self-reporting and may be less comprehensive than in-person evaluations.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Revivegreen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or participation in our programs. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific program giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other mandatory New Zealand legislation.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Revivegreen, its instructors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms, misuse of our website, or failure to disclose relevant health information that affects program participation.

14. Third-Party Services

Our website may integrate third-party services including Google Maps for location display and payment processors for transaction handling. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. Revivegreen is not responsible for the practices or content of third-party providers.

15. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand. Consumers retain all rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.

16. Modifications

Revivegreen reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Updated terms will be posted on revivegreen.world with a revised date. Material changes affecting existing bookings will be communicated directly to affected clients. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its original intent.
