This Return Policy outlines the cancellation, refund, and satisfaction guarantee terms for healthy back in the office programs and related services purchased from Revivegreen through revivegreen.world. We are committed to fair and transparent policies that protect both our clients and our ability to deliver high-quality workplace wellness programs across New Zealand.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all program packages offered by Revivegreen, including the Desk Reset Program priced at $189 NZD per person, the Spine Flow Workshop Series priced at $349 NZD per person, the Executive Ergonomics Assessment priced at $279 NZD per session, and any custom corporate wellness packages arranged through direct consultation. Physical materials such as printed stretch guides included with programs are considered part of the service delivery and are not separately returnable.
2. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Our services must be delivered with reasonable care and skill, be fit for their stated purpose of providing workplace back wellness education and ergonomic guidance, and match their description on revivegreen.world. If our programs fail to meet these guarantees, you are entitled to a remedy which may include a refund, depending on the severity of the failure.
3. Cancellation Before Delivery
If you cancel a booked program before the scheduled delivery date, the following terms apply:
- Cancellation more than fourteen days before the scheduled session: full refund of all fees paid, processed within ten business days.
- Cancellation between five and fourteen days before the scheduled session: refund of eighty percent of fees paid, with twenty percent retained to cover administrative and scheduling costs.
- Cancellation fewer than five business days before the scheduled session: refund of fifty percent of fees paid, unless the session can be rescheduled within thirty days at no additional cost.
- Cancellation on the day of the scheduled session or non-attendance without prior notice: no refund, but rescheduling may be offered at our discretion subject to a rescheduling fee of $75 NZD.
4. Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule a confirmed program session at no additional charge provided at least five business days' notice is given and an alternative date is available within sixty days of the original booking. Rescheduling requests made with less than five business days' notice may incur a $50 NZD administrative fee. Revivegreen reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to instructor illness, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control, and will offer an alternative date or a full refund at the client's choice.
5. Desk Reset Program
The Desk Reset Program is a half-day on-site or remote session for teams of up to fifteen participants. If you are dissatisfied with the delivery of this program, you must notify Revivegreen in writing within fourteen days of the session date, describing the specific concerns. We will investigate the complaint and, where the service did not meet our published standards, offer one of the following remedies: a complimentary follow-up session, a partial refund proportional to the deficiency, or a full refund if the program was not delivered as described.
6. Spine Flow Workshop Series
The Spine Flow Workshop Series comprises four weekly sessions. Individual session cancellations by the client are subject to the general cancellation terms above. If you withdraw from the series after attending one or more sessions, a pro-rata refund will be calculated based on the number of remaining undelivered sessions, minus a $40 NZD administrative fee. If Revivegreen cancels a session within the series, a make-up session will be scheduled at no additional cost or a pro-rata refund will be issued for the missed session.
7. Executive Ergonomics Assessment
The Executive Ergonomics Assessment includes a 90-minute evaluation and a 30-day follow-up check-in. Cancellations made more than forty-eight hours before the scheduled assessment receive a full refund. Cancellations within forty-eight hours receive a fifty percent refund or the option to reschedule once at no charge. If the assessment report is not delivered within ten business days of the session, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of other terms in this policy.
8. Custom Corporate Packages
Custom packages negotiated through direct consultation with Revivegreen are governed by the terms specified in the signed service agreement. Where the agreement does not specify cancellation terms, the general cancellation provisions in Section 3 of this policy apply. Annual corporate contracts may include specific termination clauses that supersede this general policy for the contracted period.
9. Satisfaction Guarantee
Revivegreen offers a satisfaction guarantee on all standard program packages. If you are not satisfied with the quality of program delivery, contact us within fourteen days of the final session date. We will work with you to resolve the issue through one or more of the following: a complimentary repeat session, additional resources, a partial refund, or a full refund where the program materially failed to meet its described objectives. Satisfaction claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis and require specific feedback about the aspects of delivery that did not meet expectations.
10. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable once delivered:
- Completed ergonomic assessment reports and personalised adjustment plans.
- Digital resources and stretch guides provided during or after program delivery.
- Travel and accommodation costs incurred by Revivegreen instructors for on-site deliveries at locations outside the Waikato region, unless the session is cancelled by us.
- Programs where the client failed to provide adequate workspace access, meeting space, or participant attendance as agreed during booking.
11. Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within ten business days of approval. Bank transfers may take an additional three to five business days to appear in your account. For corporate invoices paid by bank transfer, refunds will be issued to the designated company account. You will receive email confirmation when a refund has been initiated. If you do not receive your refund within the stated timeframe, contact us at office@revivegreen.world.
12. Disputes
If you are unhappy with our response to a cancellation or refund request, you may escalate the matter by writing to our management team at office@revivegreen.world with the subject line Refund Dispute. We aim to resolve all disputes within fifteen business days. If a resolution cannot be reached, you may contact the Disputes Tribunal of New Zealand for matters within its jurisdiction or seek advice from Consumer Protection New Zealand.
13. Force Majeure
Revivegreen is not liable for failure to deliver programs due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or infrastructure failures. In such cases, affected sessions will be rescheduled at no additional cost or fully refunded at the client's election.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Return Policy from time to time. Changes apply to bookings made after the updated policy is published on revivegreen.world. Existing confirmed bookings are governed by the policy in effect at the time of booking.
